Haskell Terms and Conditions

Effective date: August 1, 2026

Haskell County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no government, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections affiliation. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provides an FCRA-covered service for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. The site is a records-resource directory, not a private investigator or consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Service

This private reference site points visitors toward Haskell County and Oklahoma custody, release, court, and supervision resources. It stores no official government record and cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or file a request or court document for a visitor.

Some links connect to independent research tools. Their products, prices, and results are controlled by those providers.

Acceptable Use Rules

Access is conditioned on lawful, respectful use. Users agree not to:

  • Break any applicable law through the service
  • Stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person
  • Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content
  • Attempt access to systems or accounts without permission
  • Operate bots, scrapers, or bulk collection tools
  • Disrupt the service or interfere with another visitor

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. Users agree not to apply information from these pages to:

  • Hiring, retention, promotion, or termination decisions
  • Tenant selection or any housing decision
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
  • Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
  • Any other decision regulated by the FCRA

Outside Links and Services

Links may lead to sheriff and corrections pages, release records, court portals, legal-aid resources, federal locators, and outside search tools. A link is provided for convenience and is not an endorsement. Haskell County Released Inmates does not control an outside site's content, privacy practices, availability, or data handling. Review the destination's own terms before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The service and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that:

  • Information is complete, accurate, or current
  • Access will be uninterrupted
  • The service has no error, defect, or security weakness
  • A partner search will return every relevant record

Custody and public records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement from the Haskell County sheriff, ODOC, a court, or another public office.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of a linked service.

User Indemnity

A user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, expenses, and reasonable legal fees caused by that user's use of the service or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless otherwise stated, the site's original text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Haskell County Released Inmates or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, republished, or modified without written permission. Government records and linked materials remain subject to their own rules.

Revisions to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Revised terms take effect when posted with a new effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Suspension of Access

Access may be restricted or ended at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice, including for misuse, security concerns, or interference with service operation.

Oklahoma Governing Law

These terms are governed by Oklahoma law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper authority within Oklahoma.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
